I enjoy incorporating many best practices in the field of social work including: CBT, ACT, DBT and relational therapy. I often incorporate aspects of deep breathing, movement and meditation.
I meet with young people at school or out in nature, taking a walk or hike. Telehealth can also be helpful when scheduling during the day is tricky (no physical office at this time).
